2. Shipping Methods
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted couriers like TCS, Leopards Courier, and other local services to ensure safe delivery.
  • Packaging:
    • Toys are packed to prevent damage, with extra padding for bulky items.
    • Tech & gadgets are shipped in protective packaging to ensure safety.
    • Jewelry is securely packed in tamper-proof envelopes for added security.
3. Delivery Times
  • Urban Areas (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad):
    • Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after order processing.
  • Rural Areas (e.g., smaller towns, villages):
    • Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after order processing.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer due to limited courier reach.
4. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM PKT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order ships.
5. Delivery Locations
  • We ship to all areas in Pakistan, including urban and rural locations.
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
